Our doors are open!

We are in Phase 2! Our doors are open, with some modifications to our services. For all details, see below.

See you Sundays, either online or at the church building, at 10:30a!

Phase 2 - Updated 6/7/20

Starting June 14th, we will open up our in-person modified services on Sunday mornings at 10:30am, at the church building. These services will look much different than what we're all used to, in order to comply with the regulations set forth by Washington State. We will continue to stream our services Live on Facebook, and upload them to our podcasting platforms for those who are not able to attend.

Here is what you can expect from our modified service:

  • We will space chair rows 6 feet apart and request that people only sit next to members of their household.
  • We will require everyone to wear face masks during the service. (This includes myself and the worship team.)
  • We will not serve food or coffee before or after service. (Support a local business and grab coffee/food on your way to or from church!)
  • Kids are always welcome to attend services, but we will not have separate Sunday School classes during Phase 2. Children will sit with their parents in the adult service.
  • In order to protect our church members, our plan is to keep an informal, internal list of families who attend our services, so in the unlikely event we become aware of someone who attends our church who tests positive for COVID-19, we can contact those who attended our services directly. We will not share this list with anyone outside of the church.

Our staff has been working diligently on our plan to safely re-open our doors. A big shout out and thanks to Larry Lewien, our COVID Supervisor, who has been training our staff and volunteers.

Join us in person or on Facebook LIVE at 10:30a!

If you can’t make it at 10:30, no worries! We’ll keep the video up on Facebook so you can watch later or share with friends and family. Our audio recording will also be posted to the website MEDIA tab later in the day.

Real PEople

At New Life Church you’ll find real people. We’re all on this journey together, experiencing God’s grace and truth in and through relationship. No membership, no dress code, no experience necessary. We’re all in different stages of this life with God. We’re all ages, all walks of life. We want to welcome anyone who walks through our doors. Our desire is to include, not exclude. To give time for healing and discovery, not rushing you ahead of where you are. So when you come through our doors you’ll be welcomed in right where you’re at, we already consider you family. Welcome.

REAL relationships

At New Life we’re all about community. Living life together as we walk in real relationship that is lived out in a genuine authentic grace-based community. What does that look like? Love, Trust, Truth, Grace, Relationship, Community, Laughter, Fun, Safety, Life-Application, Fellowship, Teaching, and Worship...God’s life in us. We are intentional about learning and trusting in who God says we are in Him, and discovering His expression of love through us for the benefit of others.

real life

The result of living our lives as real people and in real relationship is experiencing real life together….God’s life lived out in and through us that extends to the communities around us. Finding real life through Jesus and sharing that life with others. This means going beyond our doors and moving in and amongst our neighborhoods, city, nation, and world to be an outpouring of the love and grace we experience in Jesus.
